Budget Breeding becoming popular?

Over the past number of years I have taken a keen interest into the breeding sector of this industry. To some it may seem irrelevant, but for me I am fascinated about bringing the next generation forward. The part of taking on and looking after a horse who has lived out their day on the track also takes my interest massively.
